This isn’t just a statement of value, it’s a way of making our work more enjoyable and less stressful. That doesn’t mean we’ll agree on everything all the time, but we can disagree without being disagreeable, and we find that this is often the first step in the direction of common ground.
Respect extends to taking care of our tenants’ homes and our investors’ wallets. We owe it to those who live in our buildings to provide a safe, tranquil, and well-equipped environment where they can raise their children, gather with friends, and unwind after a hard day’s work. We owe it to those who help us acquire buildings to look after their investments as if they were our own. We guarantee this by investing into all of our deals ourselves. We’re keenly aware that without investors’ trust, we don’t have a business.
Responsiveness
We believe that communication can make or break relationships, deals, and careers.
When someone reaches out, we respond in a timely fashion. If our property managers elevate a tenant or building issue to us, we know it’s because they need us to make a time-sensitive decision.
Our investors entrust us with large sums. It’s only normal for us to answer any question or concern they may have, anytime. For our partners, we’re always just a phone call away.
